WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

  • within Germany: 3,99€ / free shipping from 50€
  • Europe: 9,99€ / free shipping from 50€
  • World: 19,99€ / free shipping for orders over 200€ / Bananas does not cover the cost of any customs duties that may apply to shipments to non-EU countries.

HOW LONG ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

  • We ship with DHL GO GREEN
  • Delivery times depend on the destination
  • Within Germany the delivery takes 1-3 working days
  • The delivery in Europe, outside Germany requires about 7 working days.
  • Deliveries to non-European countries are delivered within 14 days

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • You can return your order within 14 days
  • Please inform us via info@bananasberlin.com about your return request and send your return independently to:

  • You want to return something or only a part of your order? Then describe this in an email to us, in this case we will pay the shipping costs and send you a return label.
  • Once we receive the return , we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method, which you used when placing the order ,  Furthermore you get from us after receiving your order also in addition to the refund a 5€ voucher as small Allowance for expenses. 

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

  • You want to return your entire order? In this case we ask you to send your order separately to the following address:

  • We will cover the shipping costs if you want to return only a part of your order. In this case we will send you a return label via email.
  • If you want to exchange something from your order, because you prefer a different size or color, we will pay the shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the return , we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method, which you used when placing the order ,  Furthermore you get from us after receiving your order also in addition to the refund a 5€ voucher as small Allowance for expenses. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Yes you can track your order
  • As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with the shipment number from our shipping partner DHL Go Green.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER AT THE STORE?

  • Yes You can also either exchange or return your order in one of our stores
  • Please note that we need your order number to process the exchange or return in the store.
  • Refunds will take place as usual for returns of online orders via the same payment method that you used when placing the order. The processing of the refund can take up to 5 business days after the goods have been delivered to the store.

  • Yes, you can also order from Bananas if you live outside Germany
  • We ship worldwide

HOW CAN I REDEEM VOUCHERS?

  • You can redeem your voucher from Bananas in the online store or in our stores in Berlin.
  • To redeem the voucher online, go to checkout and enter your voucher number in the "Gift card or discount code" field at the top right, the value of your voucher will then be applied to your order.
  • To redeem the voucher in the store, either bring it printed out or show it on your smartphone (the QR code should be readable), the value of your voucher will then be credited to your purchase.
